Rates

All pages are sold in full-page increments.  An Agent may place up to  four listings on each page.  The pages may also be shared by other agents within the same real estate company.  Discounts will be assessed for multi-page insertions or contracted pages.  You may also do an image ad, which does not follow the same four listing guideline as the rest of the magazine.  Please contact me for information on image ads.  Rates are as follows:

 

Single issue run $1400

Two issue Contract $1,250

Three issue contract $1,100

Four issue contract $1,000
