At Great Properties we pride our selves on our distribution and our ability to target virtually everyone with the ability to purchase, sell or own a home pertaining to our magazine.

We also only use the direct mailing method. This insures that the magazines are going to the correct people and residences intended. We do not drop bulk quantities of the magazine at grocery stores, nor do we “pad” our stats by using readership numbers. We are exact and intensive. Our list below contains the details of who is included in our distribution.

We direct mail over 23,000 magazines each quarter and send out an additional 1500+ magazines to our agents that advertise each quarter.

• Homes appraised at $450,000 and above on the tax role.
• Licensed real estate agents and real estate offices.
• Title companies in the counties below
• Private and public golf courses.
